Psilocybin integration

Carry what your experience opened back into ordinary life.

Reweave is a 90-day, measurement-led programme for the weeks after a psilocybin experience. Short, gentle steps each day, paced to how integration actually unfolds, so the insight does not fade once normal life resumes.

One payment of £197. Education and structured reflection, not therapy or medical advice.

Why integration

The experience is the easy part. What you do with it is the work.

To integrate is to make whole. The work is letting what mattered become part of how you live.

There is a quiet gap between having a meaningful experience and actually carrying it into an ordinary Tuesday. The days afterwards can feel vivid and open. That openness is real, and it tends to narrow as normal life resumes: the washing-up, the inbox, the old habits waiting where you left them.

The word integration is plainer than it sounds. To integrate is to make whole. Think of an integer, a whole number. The question it asks is simple: how do you take what mattered, and let it become part of how you actually live, rather than a story you tell at dinner and then set down.

On its own, a big experience is a peak. It is a bit like a fairground ride. The view from the top is something, and then the ride sets you back down on the same patch of ground you queued on. What changes the ground is what you do in the weeks that follow.

That is the part most people are left to manage alone, and it is the part Reweave is built around. Not the experience. The weeks after it, when insight either takes root or gently fades.

The shape of the 90 days

A beginning, a middle and an end.

The programme follows how integration tends to actually unfold, not a calendar pulled out of the air. Tender at first, then steadier, then settling.

  1. The first fortnight

    Landing softly

The days just after are tender and vivid. The early work is about landing softly and keeping hold of what mattered, without rushing to make sense of all of it. Rest, fewer big decisions, one small thing at a time.

  2. Weeks three to twelve

    Meaning, then habits

As things settle, there is room to look at what came up and ask, gently, what it might be pointing towards. Then the work turns practical: small, repeatable steps, chosen by you, that let an insight become part of an ordinary week.

  3. Settling in

    Carrying it forward

The programme ends, but integration continues in your own life. The last stretch is about what you keep, who you stay connected to, and how you notice when you drift.

Most days there is one short session, a few minutes, ending in one small, clear thing to try. Small enough that you will still do it on an ordinary Tuesday.

Measurement, honestly

You can see your own trajectory.

A short, regular check-in tracks how you are doing across the things that matter in integration, so you can watch your own trajectory across the ninety days rather than relying on a vague sense of progress.

  • Mood
  • Meaning
  • Connection
  • Follow-through

The numbers are for you first. We measure because we want to be honest, with you and with ourselves, about whether this is helping. No scores dressed up as a diagnosis, and no promises about how you will feel.

Steady support

A companion that knows its limits.

A warm, plain-spoken companion helps you reflect, honest about being a tool rather than a person. It is not a clinician, and it will not pretend otherwise.

Where something needs more than reflection, we point you towards vetted specialists rather than leaving you to manage on your own. And if you are ever in crisis, the route to real human help is always free and always signposted plainly.

The library

Start with the psilocybin shelf

Our integration library is organised by medicine. Psilocybin is the anchor: a full 90-day programme of short modules, sequenced to the weeks they belong to. Have a look at the outline before you decide.

Questions

Asked, and answered plainly.

All questions →

Is this therapy?

No. Reweave is education and structured reflection. It is not therapy, crisis care or medical advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you need clinical help, the right thing is a qualified human, and we will point you towards one.

Is the companion a real person, or an AI pretending to be one?

Neither. It is a tool to help you reflect. It has no avatar and does not pretend to be a person or a clinician. It is open about what it is and what it cannot do.

How much is it, and is it a subscription?

It is a one-off payment of £197 for the full 90-day programme. It is not a subscription, so there is nothing recurring and nothing to cancel.

What if I am in crisis?

This is not the right place for a crisis. Please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your area. Crisis support is, and always will be, free, and we never sell to anyone in acute distress.
