    Each session is a few minutes and ends with one small, clear action. Early on the work is about landing softly. Later it turns toward meaning, then habits that hold, then carrying it forward.

  3. A measurement spine

    A short, regular check-in tracks how your integration is going across the things that matter: mood, meaning, connection, follow-through. You can watch your own trajectory across the ninety days.

  4. Support that knows its limits

    A warm companion helps you reflect, with no avatar and no pretence of being a person. Where something needs more than reflection, we point you toward vetted specialists, and crisis routes are always free.

Reweave is education and structured reflection for the weeks after a psilocybin experience. It is not therapy, not crisis care, and not medical advice. It does not diagnose anything and it makes no claims to treat any condition.

The companion is a tool, not a clinician and not a person. It will not pretend otherwise. If you are struggling in a way that needs more than this, the right thing is human help, and we will say so and point you to it.
